Digital Advertising Media Kit PSD

I need a template to be able to build 30 digital advertising media kits from. The end product will need to be a PSD file that I can build both the site specific media pages under the "properties tab" (http://www.digitalmgmt.com/properties/) from and PDF's to send to potentially advertisers for each site. The logo and colors will need to be based off the company logo on Digitalmgmt.com
