Improvement and redraw of 2 vector eagle designs

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Jersey für sein graphic design vorgenommen hatte.

I need the attached eagle designs redrawn to undo years of poor duplication and scan and vectorising. The eagles must maintain their same pose and general look, but should be redrawn to improve feather smoothness and definition as well as better defining the claws, beak and eyes etc. The colour scheme should remain the 4 colour gold simulation + black. it is key that the pose and silhouette remain but detail improved.
