Legal startup needs minimalistic websitebanner/header design

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Netherlands für sein graphic design vorgenommen hatte.

Hello Creatives!

I would like to update the banner/header on my website (https://bit.ly/3AvBoYn) to align with the overall style/feeling of the website. With banner/header I mean the image/illustration below the menu items, and above the page content (see attached screenshot for explanation).

Please don't let me limit your creatvity, but in general I like the following:
- Calm colors (preferably blue), combined with greyscale.
- Minimalistic/abstract design
- Simple and beautiful
- Communicates trust, quality

Requirements:
- Dimensions: 1331/389 px
- File format that is optimal for online presentation.
- Banners should look sharp (enough PPI?)

This contest is for 1 banner only. If you win, I would like to hire you to create banners for the other pages on my website as well (based on the winning banner design - with only small changes to make each webpage unique).
