"Good Life" Soap Box Design with floral corner scroll broder with birds, hand drawn style

Hier ist was Good Life Soap suchte für sein graphic design.

I updated the design to REMOVE the words PEACE, also the layout is a horizontal rectangle (landscape design).
I need a front design for a soap box that is 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches in a horizontal / Landscape orientation.
Can you design the box with product information and artwork similar to what I attached? I am not artistic, so what I sent was just done in Microsoft Word.
I prefer a simple hand drawn style for the floral corner borders with small colorful cartoon birds in the borders using vibrant colors rather than soft pastels.
The file needs to be transparent (no background) so it can be placed on different color backgrounds.
