5 Icons for our company values

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Australia für sein graphic design vorgenommen hatte.

We need five icons for our newly established company values. While the values are primarily for an internal audience, the icons do need to suit our public profile also. Atlassian have created a great set of icons here https://www.atlassian.com/company/values. We are looking for something similar, more modern though. Our Values are:
PEOPLE MAKE PROPELLE
We work as one team: supporting, engaging, respectfully debating and achieving awesome results. With our diverse experience and backgrounds we can achieve far more as a group than we ever could alone. Our decisions are united, and we go forward as one team.

KNOW THE PROBLEM
We take the time to understand the task in front of us: ask, consider, review, and then act. Having a deep understanding of the problem allows us to deliver the most impressive solutions
