Country Duo act needs single artwork

We need artwork for our latest single for spotify and other music streaming sites. The design can include the pictures in the attached files that we uploaded but we are also open to designs that also don't include them. It should be easy to read the song title
"Love Doesn't Mind" and our band name Avenue 65 - this track is our actual story. Must be at least 640 x 640 pixels to be acceptable to spotify. We have also included a copy of the track for inspiration.
