Retail Sale Goods - Label for a bag of fish breading

I am needing a design to put on a sticker (label) that will be put on a kraft bag filled with fish breading I am selling retail through my fly-in fishing business.

I would like the look to be vintage with a Pin-Up Girl riding a Walleye with a fishing rod in her hand and a lead head jig at the end of the line

The title above the picture would be “Hook-N-Cook”
Below the picture would be “Legacy Outposts Fish Breading”
