Consulting firm needs image to represent methodology

We need a graphic to represent our Enterprise Sales Predictability (ESP) methodology(TM) for our marketing collateral.

The ESP Methodology focuses on helping companies increase visibility and predictability of their sales to develop a highly effective sales team and improve their processes. There are 7 lenses through which to study a sales team
• sales force structure
• coverage model
• Sales process
• sales intelligence (KPIs)
• quota and incentive
• people enablement and development
• tools/technology enablement

We would like 7 "icons" to represent each one of the lenses around something like a crystal ball. I've attached a rough mock up we made. I particularly don't like the arrow on the circle and we're not in love with any of it.

Our favorite color is Orange (R247 G143 B30) and we'd like to work some blue into the design. Mehr lesen
