Caribbean Craft Spirits needs a logo design

Hier ist was Caribbean Craft Spirits suchte für sein graphic design.

We need a logo design for one of the spirits in our portfolio.
The new product is a caribbean rum trademarked "Época" (which means Era, Epoch). It is intended for discerning consumers. The logo should have the word "Época" and below, in small letters: "Craft distilled Caribbean rum". The logo should evoke tradition, craftsmanship and high quality. The letters should be green. It will be necessary to have a golden version also.

For examples of look and feel you can check theglenlivet dot com. We´d like a sober and minimalist design that fits well in the bottle label. We´d prefer letters in a straight line with a sandclock inside a garland to the left of the words. We are willing to raise the budget.
