2-Page Website: Design + Code

Page 1 will be simple welcome page with an entrance code field necessary to proceed to page 2 which will have simple information and links to other sites. We already have used DesignCrowd for the logo design which we really like (thanks, Jolia), and we'd now prefer to have a combined design/development project, working with one designer. Attached files include: 1) project scope document, 2) logo, 3) 2 sample instructions for developing an entrance code, 4) picture.
