A War Deck Cards/ Need innovative design for deck cards

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Canada für sein graphic design vorgenommen hatte.

I need a graphic design for deck cards that consist of 36 cards. 9 clubs. 9 spades. 9 diamonds. 9 hearts. I do not want numbers on them. Instead, for each family (Clubs, Diamonds, etc) I want each card to have a weapon, and a small strength bar. Those weapons and their strength are as follow:

Bow& Arrow ||||

Dagger |

The final design will consist of a deck that has 36 cards.
9 clubs cards have the nine previous weapons and their bar strength
9 Spades cards have the nine previous weapons and their bar strength
9 Diamonds cards have the nine previous weapons and their bar strength
9 Hearts cards have the nine previous weapons and their bar strength
