Morpher Folding Cyle helmet need launch designs and packaging

Morpher makes the world's first fold flat cycle helmet. It's brilliant!
We have been developing the project for some time and are about to launch.
We want some great designs for our launch helmets, so that they have the widest possible appeal and so that people really want to own them. (It is only the graphics that need designing. The product design/shape is fixed now, as per the attached images.)
Our logo (attached, with more files available, on request) should be clearly seen on any design and on the packaging.
We would also like ideas regarding innovative packaging (don't forget that Morpher folds flat) to reflect the high level of innovation in Morpher as well as a simple carry bag that will be given away with Morpher when one buys it. It is important that whatever is designed can be mass produced, very cost effectively.
