Delegate visit agenda

We need a creative, yet simple and official design for an agenda to be handed out for delegates visiting our organization. The design needs to be creative, informative and visual when possible. Flat design is desired but other options are welcomed. The agenda should be 3 pages in lengths only. Page 1 should have the company logo with an event title (with the ability to add country flag) and the dates of the event. Pages 2 should include photos of receiving delegate (e.g. VIPs) and any other relevant people. Page 3 should include agenda entries with the following information: title of entry, date and time, location, relevant pictures (e.g. a hotel or flight). The generic style of an infographic.
