A designer accepted but there is no design or communication. What can I do?
After your designer accepts to work on a One Designer Service project with you, it normally takes 24 - 48 hours to receive the first concept.
If more than 48 hours go by and you don't receive any communication or submissions from your designer, please contact our Support Team and we will be happy to take action.
