Can I share my personal contact information with a customer?

DesignCrowd provides processes and tools which allow customers and designers to communicate on design projects via the platform.

For your security and so that we can assist you in the event of any issues with your project, we strongly recommend that you keep all communication on platform.

Should you have any questions in relation to exchanging information with a customer or designer, please contact Support.

Please note there is a 'No Contact' condition in the DesignCrowd user agreement that prohibits contact between designers and customers outside DesignCrowd. download

Section 7 No Contact and Non-disclosure

7.1 For paid/commercial Projects:

(a) Designer / Creative must not contact any Client other than via the DesignCrowd Site for a period of 90 days from the end of each applicable Project unless Designer / Creative is invited to by the applicable Client; and

(b) Designer / Creative acknowledges each Client’s rights to privacy and agrees not to disclose the details of any Brief or any Client to any third party (including to any other designer or Client within the DesignCrowd Site).
