SAT vocabulary phone application icons

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein icon design vorgenommen hatte.

Need to have 5 pictures:

 Two of them are phone application icon of two sizes
 Three of them are logo of three sizes.

These pictures are for a phone application called "SAT Vocabulary" backed up by web site www.mydynamicmemory.com.

All of the pictures should be in png format.
Application Icons should be white on the transparent background. This url gives a good example of such icons (they are negatives - black on transparent background):

Though it's preferable to have the icons that are white on transparent background, I'll consider full color icons if they happen to convey the idea of the application very well.
The sizes of the application icons are:
1) Normal Size icon, the icon should be 62x62 pixels. Drawing for the 62x62 icon should generally have a 12-pixel margin around all sides. (In other words, the actual content should fit in a 38x38 box centered in… Mehr lesen
