Make our pool guy dance in place

We would like to have our pool guy animated and dance in place. We could use this in emails and for online advertising that allows animation. We have the pool guy, just need some fun movement to attract attention. We want him dancing in place, not dancing accross the screen. Some fun face movements, like he thinks he is really hot, or like John Travolta in Pulp Fiction, Fats Domino doing the twist, or?
