Organ Donation awareness image for Ornament

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Canada für sein illustration design vorgenommen hatte.

The ornament is 2.87 inches in diameter.
I am looking for an image that can be placed on the ornament for sell during the holidays to raise money for various charities.

There are two design options I was thinking off.

1, I would like to have an image of an angel holding the Organ Donation Green ribbon with the words Life, Love, Hope around and the words Be An Organ Donor on the bottom.

2. A snowman with a Organ Donation Green Ribbon and the same words Love, Hope, Life and the words be an organ donor on the bottom.

3. Any sort of christmas design but it must contain the Must Have list.

If the design could be more on the cartoon side than realistic. But i am open to looking at all options.
