Evil laughing rod crying slag Cartoon

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein illustration design vorgenommen hatte.

I’m wanting a cartoon like image of a welding rod burning with an evil laugh on it and the slag peeling up with a crying face on it. I’ve drawn up an amateur sketch as a reference of what I’m looking for and a few images below to help incorporate what I am looking for.
