Dog Sled Race! Simple Illustration for New Museum

We need a simple illustration, vector please in Illustrator. to work on an exhibition panel. The attached file shows the look of the panel. The overall look of the illustration works, but we need the illustration to work in the exact proportions shown in the panel and with six dogs. The references for the dogs, sled and racer are in the panel itself. This is to be a simple style and used to convey the organization of the sled race team so we're not looking to have it be a close representation of the references, just close enough to work on the panel.
