rework existing illustration into high resolution option

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein illustration design vorgenommen hatte.

I just need someone to take the existing graphic which is extremely small and redo it so that it is 20" by 20" 300 DPI and add the quote "For Happiness, Cherish Others." -Lama Zopa Rinpoche
At the bottom.

In the new graphic the background should be transparent, not yellow as shown. Also the lines should be yellow, not black. This is an existing logo so it should be replicated as precisely as possible.

The quote should be centered below the design, the attribution should be below the quote, right justified.
