Fitness book with nationwide distribution needs 24 exercise illustrations.

Your illustrations will be published in an exercise book with nationwide distribution, written by a cardiologist specifically for people with heart disease. The target audience is 40-75 years old.

The fitness program includes 12 resistance exercises in addition to an aerobic program.

The attached file includes descriptions of each exercise in the order they will be presented in the book, as well as some example illustrations found on Creative Commons. The examples are too muscular for this book, but do represent the body positions corresponding to each exercise.

I would like 24 illustrations, two for each exercise.

Six exercises should be represented by male figures, and six represented by female figures, in alternating order beginning with males in the order presented in the attached document. For each exercise, the gender should remain the same (i.e. for the push-ups, both illustrations should be male).
