Illustration / Infographic for REALTOR®

I'm a Canadian real estate agent who offers a 50% cashback program to Buyers on my commission.

I also offer two packages to Sellers;
-2.5% full service model
-$999 Flat Fee MLS

I need to be able to explain my CashBack incentive program, 2.5% Full Service, & $999 Flat Fee MLS in an easy to understand and read format.

I have attached my current graphic, which many people still don't understand. I need it more visually appealing / web 2.0 style.

I would like a illustration / infographic that can be use for both the 50% CashBack, 2.5%, and $999 Flat Fee.
