We need a flyer to distribute to new and existing tenants in our office park which explains our Green Initiatives. Centennial Lakes Office Park is a Class A office park consisting of 5 commercial buildings and about 100 tenants. Some of our clients include Microsoft, Ameriprise and Wells Fargo.

Here are the Green Initiatives we need to convey in this flyer:
1. All buildings Energy Star rated in 2009
2. Lighting and Energy Initiatives:
a.) Motion sensors added to all electrical and janitorial closest, storage areas and executive parking garages b.) Relamp from a 32W to a 28W bulb for all 2x4 fixtures in tenant offices and building common areas c.) Stairways relamped to 25W
d.) Relamped from T12 to T8 and LEDS in elevator cabs
e.) Relamped to LEDs in Elevators Lobby
