Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I've been running with this logo since I started my company and I am looking for a logo refresh. "Nolan Consulting" is the business name, and "For all your I.T. needs" is the current slogan. We may be happy to drop the slogan depending on the logo. We want something more contemporary and modern. I'm open to ideas of using the initials in the logo with some shapes or something, instead of the whole name.
