Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for company based in Sydney, Australia. Our main product is a "Call Accounting" solution known that is used by businesses and organisations to manage their telephone system (PBX, IP PBX, Unified Comms) costs by providing visibility of usage. Some examples of the functions it performs are automated reporting, internal billing of departments, carrier bill verification, cost comparisons and fraud prevention.

Our market is Australia and New Zealand although the product is sold globally through others. Customers are organisations of almost any nature with 10's to 100,000's phone users such as banks, financial institutions, electronics companies, food, pharmaceuticals companies and government bodies. Examples are: PWC, BMW, Renault, Nikon, Intel, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, McDonalds, Nestle, Coke and more.

We have buiness partnerships are Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft and systems integrators whose phone systems the product manages.

Due to the tier 1 nature of my my customer and partners I need a tier 1 business image that provides appropriate credibility to my business. Therefore any logo must be highly polished in appearance to reflect the professional level of service we aim to deliver.

The logo should probably reflect the visibility and control provided by the system.

The name of the business Telecrema is derived from Tele as in Telecommunications and Crema as in the head of an espresso shot. Although there is no business association with coffee beverages, it is the artisan skill and precision required to achieve a good crema which reflects the high level of skill and precision we aim to deliver.
