Is it only the splash that needs to be recreate? The text on the bottom should not be included. Am I right?

yes, that's right. its only the splash feature I am after.
The red background and the grey area isn't relevant.

It needs to be able to be reproduced for a large sign at 10meters.

This would be very hard to recreate in vectors, so i'll be doing it in photoshop if okay.
I'll increase the image size from 1200 pixel width to 28000 pixel width. I'll be posting on Thursday.

Thanks, Gary, please see my feedback on all the three images. Need to confimr the dpi resolution and need the file asap if possible. Happy to pay you for your work and efforts. very happy with it if the resolution is 300dpi. Thanks.
