Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a high-end professionally designed 2 sided color postcard to send out to our targeted mailing lists featuring a new Oceanfront townhome listing in the Bethany Beach area on one side of the postcard and the other side to feature Kim Hook's Realtor branding and contact information (Kim Hook is a Realtor and Associate Broker for Remax By The Sea in the resort town of Bethany Beach, Delaware)Postcard side 1 details: I am attaching a screenshot photo of a Microsoft Publisher document (named just listed card) that shows the information that we would like to be on the side of the postcard that features the new listing (property address: 95G Campbell Place Unit 2, Ocean Eight, Bethany Beach). This side of the card does not have to be exactly like the one that I have attached but should include most of the text/pictures that are shown: the property address, "Just Listed" etc., the description text of the property, price, etc. and the two pictures of the property that I am also attaching (picture one is the townhome and picture 2 is the ocean view). I can provide additional pictures of the townhome and/or views if there is a design that could feature more photos - please contact me for this. We want this side to feature and display the property as a premier new listing that will grab the attention of the postcard recipients.Postcard side 2 (side with the space for address to mail the postcard): This side will be the side that features Kim Hook as the Realtor of the property being featured on the opposite side of the postcard. I am attaching the photo of a postcard design that we have used in the past that features Kim Hook as the Realtor with her contact information etc. - the design that you create does not have to be exactly like the one I am attaching, but it should be somewhat consistent with Kim's branding, colors, theme, etc. I am also attaching a headshot of Kim, branded font signatures that we have used in the past that are consistent with her branding, Remax By The Sea logo, and other photos that also appear throughout her advertising (i.e. starfish). We would like this side to look professionally designed in its feature of Kim Hook as a premier Realtor. I am also attaching the Realtor logo, MLS logo, and Equal Housing logos that all need to appear on this side of the postcard somewhere smaller (similar in size to how it appears on the postcard example that I have attached). "Choose A Broker That Knows The Market" should appear somewhere on this side of the postcard as it is a tagline we use often.
