WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a Wordpress design for my new blog about doing things differently in business as it relates to managing, motivating, and leading people.

I will be constantly challenging the status quo using scientific research to show that there is a huge gap between what science knows and what business does.

I like the following definition of provocateur: "a writer, artist, political activist, etc. whose works, ideas, or activities are regarded as a threat to accepted values or practices." If this can be included in the design in some way, that would be great.

While challenging the status quo, I do not want the site to have a dark and secretive feel about it. Quite the opposite, I want to shed light on current management and business practices so that people see the wisdom in the scientific research that has been done.

Muss haben

• I like the look of www.hrbartender.com. Of course, my blog will be a tad more confrontational, albeit we cover some of the same areas. Must look a little retro - like 1930's spy genre, maybe Casablanca influenced as I'm in the Middle East? Again, nothing too dark.

Schön zu haben

• a shoulders up logo of someone in a fedora . . . again with the 1930's spy influence? Something out of Indiana Jones?
