Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our New Company Called 'MOM3NTS'. We provide unforgettable memories with our Lasers at live events such as Live Concerts, Nightclubs and Festival type events. We also provide sound equipment to corporate facilities along with DJ Services, and anything dealing with audio/visuals.

We would like to see a design that shows off the name of the company and communicates a professional look with edgy flair. We would like the company typeface to be bold (not just like bold font, but a bold statement, looking for goliath not david) we work in an industry where standing out is the most important thing so having a soft logo is not in the cards. You can choose to list Lasers/Lights/Sounds but if you mention one you must mention all three, or mention none. The focus must be our company name though MOM3NTS has to be the focus. In regards to the actual number 3 standing out it can be a 3 or a backwards E but the overall feel should be consistent with every letter of the Logo.

Attached are some Marketing Materials of a previous similar company we ran called SD Premier - we are looking for you to use these to get the tone/feel of the Logo we are NOT looking for a direct copycat. Use them as your guide.
