Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Please only apply for this if you are an able cartoonist with skill!

I need a logo that is able to incorporate several elements in a REALLY funky way!

The feeling/style is Speed Racer gone ARAB.

I want the logo to be similar to the Speed Racer logo, but i want it to spell CARBART.AE (i know that CARBART is spelt wrong, but thats the idea - its a joke because thats how arabs pronounce P in english)

The car should be a side profile of a 3 door nissan patrol like my sketch attached but I want it done really well. The front windows should be totally rolled down, back windows tinted, chunky wheels, white color, snorkel and bull bar very important. The guy driving should be wearing aviator reflective shades, traditional white arab robe and red headdress (red chequered pattern eg- http://www7.0zz0.com/2011/12/27/17/919679389.jpg) but the pattern should spell the name something like ive done it, although the way i did it is a bit unclear, the font should be similar feel and theme to the speed racer!

The background should be the dubai skyline, but in the desert. and the car should be zoooming. The whole website is about car tuning so the car has to be a heavily modified 1997 nissan patrol (eg. http://www.cars-directory.net/pics/nissan/safari/1995/nissan_safari_3469634_orig.jpg - but white!)

I want a couple of versions of the logo - one with just the car and the guy, and one with the background of the skyline and desert.
