Ethos of Business: Property Investment Company that specialises in purchasing freehold residential investments, typically, blocks of flats, where the individual flats have already been sold on long leases.

Style: Professional but simple. Subtle, elegant yet with gravitas and recognition.

To Include: LOGO Plus “BlockBuyers”

Colour Scheme: Conservative but unusual would also be considered.

Target Audience: Property Developers, Investors, Housing Associations and their agents / professional teams.

Message: Committed, experienced, Property Company with significant funds available to grow our portfolio swiftly.

Utilisation: Web site, business cards and letter headed paper

Further info: Unlikely to gravitate toward a use of ‘BB’. Would prefer NOT to have the feel of an estate agent either.
Likely to be a good generic logo but LOVE ‘clever’ logos with depth and thought.
