Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi all, we are a company called "SVS Propety Group" based in South Florida that currently invests, owns and manages retail strip malls. We'd like an elegant, modern, clean and serious logo primarily to be used for Business Cards.
We'd like to stay away from the typical real estate houses or buildings that one usually sees on logo designs for real estate companies, and we'd like to highlight the "SVS" part of the design. Please no inverted "S".
It would be good to have a design symbol that can work as our emblem aside from the lettering.
We'd like the Business Card to be horizontal and two-sided to be handed mainly to other investors and banks, so it needs to be clean, easily readable and serious. We need the name of the company, the name of the person, the position in the company (e.g. vice-president), one phone number, one email and the address.
