I would like to ask for a document file in which it contains every word that you would want to be in the brochure, even though this is a template it would be best if it still has a solid content... :)

I don't have text yet, you can just think about it having about 5 paragraphs each with about100 words

Would like to know the dimension of this brochure as you haven't mentioned it anywhere. Would you prefer an A4 folded into 3 ?.
