Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an illustration for a new crowdsourcing platform, Ennomotive

1. Ennomotive Briefing (www.ennomotive.com)
Ennomotive is an open innovation platform that uses the power of the crowd to solve industrial companies' operations challenges. Companies post their challenges and our engineering talent community provides solutions. Our community compete and win cash prizes, projects and recognition. Through our tournaments we help solving complex problems to optimize product cost, manufacturing productivity, energy efficiency, transportation service and cost,… Solutions might range from robotics, computer vision, product design, transportation, 3D printing, drones...

2. Details about the illustration

The illustration should be composed of 2 elements:

2.1 Central Illustration.

This will serve as the background image in our home page. This illustration should be abstract and with a flat infographic design. This illustration should evoke concepts like crowdsourcing, industrial operations, innovation technology (3D printing, drones, robotics, etc.). Please not that We initially plan to place our main messages (2-3 short phrases) and call to action in the middle of the illustration or at the top. The tone of the illustration should reflect the idea of the challenge our community will face and the nature of solutions that they will bring (see above).

2.2 Icons

Four icons will be used to illustrate the four steps from a challenge to a solution:

1. COMPANIES POST THEIR ISSUES AS A NEW CONTEST OR TOURNAMENT
2. YOU, AS A SOLVER, CAN TAKE THE CHALLENGE, LOOK FOR A SOLUTION AND POST IT
3. COMPANIES ASSESS THE SUBMITTED SOLUTIONS AND SELECT THE WINNERS
4. AS A WINNER, YOU RECEIVE CASH PRIZES, RECOGNITION OR A JOB

The design of these icons should be in line with the style of the illustration

3. Format

Background should be white
Both the illustration and the icons should be vectors.
Colours should be vivid and warm but not excessively so.

We are attaching several examplesof each element, just for very general inspiration because we would select neither of those but in general comply with some of our requirements.
