Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are looking for a logo design for a RESIDENTIAL real estate company on a funky island in the caribbean called Ambergris Caye in the beautiful Central American country of Belize. We sell high end real estate to adventurous people from the U.S., Canada looking for a retirement/second home or investment.
The second largest barrier reef in the world exists right out our doors. We have glowing turquoise waters, which we would like to see the color included in the design.
Boring house or roof logos need not apply. We love tiki huts and coconuts.
What we are after is a mix of elegant and funky that speaks Belize, but that doesn't scare off our high-end clientele.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Thank you all so much for your efforts. Being it is my first time to use the website. I have made several updates to the brief as designs came in, viewing the scales and adjusting wording as the designs have come in. As new ideas have come in, we have also been able to better determine what we don't want. Several new designs have been coming in with questions nearing the deadline as well. To be sure we end up with exactly what we want we will be extending the deadline for another 5 days. and updating the brief tomorrow. Thank you again.

- Don't copy QuikSilver logo, we just like the font used in it.
Schön zu haben
- Incorporation of hut/beach house but subtle, the name already says realtor so we don't want a big cottage or hut, just parts of it included...maybe window or a door, roof thatching, as part of the logo.
- Simple is better, see upload logos such as Costa Del Mar (Sunglass Brand). Wave is the letter C.
Sollte nicht haben
- Please avoid logos with a line for sand, a palm tree and a hut - You are all so creative, I want to see it.
- Please no boring standard/roof or normal house shapes.
