It will be a lot easier if you structurise your needs and write them into well organised list.
For example:
1. Main page:
- Header
- Banner
- Shopping cart
- Contacts etc...
2. Contcts page:
- ...

Because after reading your briefing i don't understand what exactly must be displayed on web site. Your briefing contain a lot of unnecessary words which i dont understand.
