The consultancy is called Hummingbird. We help organisations and individuals transform to being their best by changing culture, developing direction, developing leaders and building teams. Our clients are large to medium size companies and are typically the CEO, the Head of People or Human Resource Senior leaders. We also run transformational programmes aimed at individuals seeking personal change.

Why Hummingbird?

Hummingbird provides meaning, stimulating positive change in a way that is uplifting, engaging and highly effective.

Very open to ideas. Our thoughts are: The logo and name should stand alone - no need to put in Consulting. It should be modern, evocative ... And not literal but rather symbolic, abstract or stylised. Needs some colour to get across vibrancy. One thought was to incorporate a triangle - the symbol for change.....but we are very open to images that are high impact and communicate the essence of the company as described above.
