Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new online start-up business called MillCity Coffee Company. We sell packaged coffee such as ground coffee and single-serve pods online to individuals. Our coffee will be European in depth and flavor but American in sweetness and strength.

The reason for using MillCity in our name is because we are located in a suburb of Minneapolis which has been nicknamed "Mill City" due to the fact that it was a major hub in the 1800's and 1900's of all kinds of milling activity: flour mills, sawmills, cotton mills, sashes mills, woolen mills, lumber mills and paper mills.

I want to give designers freedom in expression however I have a slight tendency toward cleaner, uncluttered logos with only one bright color or maybe two colors at most. Note: This business is not a cafe or coffee shop!
