Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Required is a web site design for a new branch of an existing Real Estate Development and Brokerage company. The Branch will be established in the United Arab Emirates - Aeterna Middle East, the mother company is based in Austria/Europe. The new branch focuses on the middle eastern clients such as Institutional Investors/Family Businesses/Wealthy Individuals looking either for a luxury home in Vienna City or the alpine nature or are interested to invest in ready made properties or real estate development projects in Austria run by the branches mother co. in Austria. The design should highlight both Services i.e. Investment for commercial purpose and for residential purposes (focus on the nature) as well as the companies focus on high end luxury selected properties only and having middle east experienced staff in the UAE.

Attached the logo and a rough first draft of the structure of the website (not yet set in stone) . The attachment contains also a link to a website of a company in a similar industry. I do like the way they present the highlights on their start/home page. The boxes. By the way, we believe that more graphic (pictures) and a bit less text might be a good way to approach our future target customers.

As we hope to sell many of the projects and hence many new projects descriptions/pictures will be uploaded in future on an ongoing basis the page should have the ability to upload information and pics by our team (none of it is a web designer and has experience exceeding MS-Office).

Lastly - and for the future we might need (not sure yet) need the entire context in Arabic (the language button)
