Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my new firm that does executive coaching. I want something sophisticated that plays on the three intials of my name (TLD). My company will focus on executives from Fortune 100 companies to Healthcare Leaders and Physician Leaders. It is global, but domestic for the Healthcare end. Coaching is a 1:1 process where I/O pscyhologist and/or trained coaches working with executives to help them reach their full potential.
