Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a simple bold logo for a professional learning academy targeting K-12 principals, teachers and central office staff. The logo should really highlight the fact that this academy is for education leaders in Appalachia (mountains, trees, or other "rural" design elements). Would like to see royal blue and orange in the design. Would also like to see a logo that has the words Appalachian Leadership Laboratory but also highlights the acronym ALL. I am sharing existing logo of our company so you can see the type of design we tend to select.
