Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for the word brand "flow.hamburg".
It will be used mainly on the web site and in digital media.

I am a Hamburg, Germany based female coach for agile teams, Kanban and general project management themes. I help teams and projects (mostly in IT) succeed through supporting them adopting agile and lean concepts and methods.

"flow.hamburg" is the name of my new website / blog and was chosen because of "flow" as desirable state both personally (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_(psychology)) and for teams as it results from working in flow-based environments such as Kanban systems. Also, there is a large river in Hamburg called Elbe which flows as well ;)

The design should be modern, "lean", but not too cold, with a touch of feminity.
I am open to surprises.

! Please be aware that there is a parallel project for a corresponding blog design (ID 1045481). Feel free to offer both, matching. I will extend the deadline for the blog design accordingly.
