I think the approach needs to be about creating a masterpiece as opposed to nurturing/growing.

Perhaps we could have different abstract/colorful paint items that takes up part of the page for each landing page. Against white and on the white is where we put our text.

Need a Homepage and an Interior page redesign for my client: http://www.humanresourcedesign.com

Client does leadership development, performance management, talent development, etc. Has some great clients.

- This site is very old and needs a modern look. Update look & colors. She wants simple but not bland.
- Banner images should be interesting.
- She likes the purple in her logo
- She thinks Arial font is outdated and boring
- We will be rewriting all the copy.
- Design should include LinkedIn icon, phone, email, and address
- She likes the client grid on the Our Clients page. We will be redoing this.

- Menus will include:

-- Who We Are
-- Our Clients
-- Snapshots (these are case studies)

One of the sites she liked is http://remarkable-thebook.com, though this website has much more content than she will have.

I'm attaching the following files for your reference:
- Her new business card proof that contains her logo

Need strong design. Site will likely be built in Wordpress.
