Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo 'revamp' for an existing business called 'Direction Works' which provides Life and Business Coaching. We work with people to guide them in the right direction both personally and professionally. We have an existing logo that we would like 'revamped' or are happy to see totally new designs also. We are basically looking for more 'wow' factor. The existing design currently incorporates the business name and a red arrow. We would like to incorporate a few more colours to the logo and perhaps include 2 more arrows as this would work with 3 pillars of our business (Personal, Business and Executive) and would consider green and purple or even brown if it looks ok. We are also open to a totally new design. Once designed we would like a simple design for business cards and letter head also.
