Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a health care consulting firm. We provide advice and guidance to health care providers making sure that they are compliant with all laws and regulations impacting their operations. The company name is Airmid-Themis. Airmid is a mythological goddess of health and Themis is the mythological god of law. I don't want anything related to mythology. The logo needs to be conservative. The design should immediately communicate the fact that we are involved in health care and law and that we provide clarity and guidance in a very confusing area of operations. I am not set on any color but prefer more conservative colors. I have attached a sketch of a square with Airmid and Themis separated by a diagonal. In the Airmid section I suggest the insertion of the caduceus graphic (the symbol for medicine -- a staff with snakes curling up the staff). In the Themis section I suggest the insertion of the symbol for law graphic (scales of justice). In one square the word Compliance and in the other square the word Risk. Feel free to use your imagination and be creative but would like to incorporate the basics of this design.
