Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

i am a pt starting a 45min workout session for legs butt and thighs. ladies only class i want a scroll looking design (small) left blank in white so i can manually put dates into as i will use this design ongoing. i want a star on either side of the word shebooty. also the colours in my logo are sky blue and red. so i would like them incorporated into it. i want at the very top of the flying as a header my business name focus outdoor training. but only small. i want the word shebooty to stand out.
it will be an outside training session i dont want to put a venue on it in case that changes in the future. i want the words at the bottom saying book early to avoid missing out to encourage people to book. i dont want to put a price on it as this may also change. i want to put a picture of myself or someone in a squat position on the right hand side of the flyer.
