And on the same note and i hope I'm wrong, since the contest started the project pioneer owner never left/gave a single reply to the discussion board seems shady to me. But as i mentioned i hope I'm wrong.

Dear designers, there are two design contest that the Project Owners has neglected to declare a winner "SIX AXIS LLC logo contest and LTG logo contest. It now appears that Six Axis LLC is the parent company of LTG. Whether they declare a winner or not, one thing is certain, these contests have already been paid for and according to my understanding of "Payment is Guaranteed", the money is in the possession of the DESIGNCROWD OWNERS, if I'm wrong someone please correct me. So, whether they copied a designer's submission doesn't matter, they will have to declare a winner sooner or later because they can't get their money back anyway. This is the reason why all projects should be guaranteed and designers should only participate in Guaranteed contest until all Project Owners guaranty their projects or they will not receive any designs, this should be the goal of the design community.

Oh man...I participated in this and was shocked to find a potential copyright issue. Come on, we have to make sure some justice is done here. For god sake, this is a oil and gas company. These people can surely afford the prize money!!!

I posted on Designcrowd's facebook page regards to this issue to reach a wider audience....With the current system at Designcrowd, I seriously doubt a lot of people are aware of this case...They don't even post an email to you for any small activity such as these comments to contest you participated. This is a serious flaw in the system.
