Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new start-up company that will offer webinar-based continuing education courses. The course topics will be related to natural medicine (google 'naturopathic medicine') and are intended for naturopathic doctors and other medical professionals.

Think: modern, professional, nature/green, medical.

In addition to the logo itself, I would like a matching circle icon. (this circle icon would go where you see the circular 'LMS' logo/icon in the upper left of the WordPress theme I will be using: http://themeforest.net/item/lms-responsive-learning-management-system/full_screen_preview/7867581 )

Some additional thoughts:
~I like the caduceus symbol. I like styles similar to the herb/nature versions.
Examples attached.
~I like the idea of having the caduceus come out of a computer screen or in a computer screen to capture the kind of work we do and business we are [idea inspired by the 'coming out of globe' picture attached; i don't like the style of this image, but i like the general idea]
