3D Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a 3D design for a woman's wedding ring. I have supplied photos of an existing engagement ring - you are to design a wedding ring that enhances, complements and fits with the existing ring.

To be clear, you will be designing one ring, but I would like to see a 3D version of the existing ring as well, so that I can see how the two go together as a set.


The chosen wedding ring design would ideally portray two side views, a top view and an angled view. Preferably, I would like to see how the two rings could sit side by side on the ring finger (wedding ring goes first - closest to the back of the hand, engagement ring goes on second - closer to the fingertip).

I would imagine that the chosen submission would be matching white gold (i.e silver in colour), and I would like to see designs that complement or enhance the subtle celtic knot pattern in the existing ring, though this is not essential. The use of more stones/diamonds is completely up to the designer, however the overall look is to achieve an air of simple elegance rather than over-the-top glamour.

Some further specs on the existing ring, the band is 2.5mm wide and the diamond is 5mm in diameter.

24.04.15 update: I have uploaded a 'mood board' with a broad range of designs containing elements that I think could feature in the final design. Also, I think the final design should be more about a decorative and elegant band, and probably would not feature a large stone on top.
